My favorite time of day is when I take you to bed. You look up at me with your sweet eyes and say "
rockie" in a soft spoken voice. We start rocking and you say, "Baby" because you want me to sing the baby song.....

You always
finish the last 2 lines and say "gen" because you want me to sing it again and again. The best part is that my mom used to sing me that same song when I was little. I hold you tight and rock you, as I think about my mom and how much I miss her. I hope that I can be the kind of mom to you as she was to me. I love you dearly
This is right before Berlynns "big" accident when she tripped, skinned her knee and was bleeding all over her white tights...you would have thought the word was coming to an end....She decided the only way to trick or treat was to be pushed in a stroller. So of course, I pushed her. 3 houses later she decides she is ok to walk. She took about 5 steps and trips again and skins her other knee....she was having a rough night
